Super friendly staff! During my stay at Mercure Hotel, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when my son needed to keep his medication in the fridge. I appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to assist.

Hotel has new interior, interesting design. Staff helpful, nice. Breakfast perfect with great variety. Location good, nice neighborhood.

The room had a good size with enough facilities like a minibar and coffee maker. It has cable, but almost only German channels. Because it is a big hotel our view on the city was excellent from 5th floor.

In our experience this hotel gives bad value for money. We got only to hard or to soft pillows. Also the quilt on the double bed was much to small so we had to put another on it to not get cold. The hotel is located near a very busy road and was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Breakfast was a mind boggling 18 euro per person. Cable has only very few English channels.

mercure exceeded my expectations with exceptional service, centrally located to major attractions, and a marvelous breakfast. staff rey and mo provided great attention to detail. a relaxing break after my busy stay in hamburg.

The location was perfect for someone like ourselves arriving by car from the Uk, and who just wants to park it safely on arrival as we've done. We then took the hop on hop off bus nearby. Brilliant breakfast, too.

Bedroom a bit basic.

Happy in this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and public transport. I loved taking walks along the beautiful canal nearby. The room was excellent, with a comfy bed and plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast was tasty and the restaurant had a nice view. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, like a free mini bar. The only downside was the crowded breakfast area. Nonetheless, my stay here was fantastic!

Great value for money, clean and comfortable junior suite. The location was convenient, with the new 'harbour city' and S-Bahn nearby. The breakfast was marvelous and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel in Hamburg for a few days. The location was great, the staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The double room was small but nice, with a clean bathroom and a great shower. The hotel's interior design is interesting and the staff were always helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of meals and the coffee shop had fantastic bagels.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

our recent stay at a hotel in Hamburg for the christmas party was amazing. Mercure went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with a festive atmosphere, helpful staff, and delicious food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and the shower was fantastic! The free minibar in the room was a big plus for my kids. The bar area was also really nice for a cosy afternoon drink. The staff was always polite and helpful. The hotel itself had a very nice interior and interesting design. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of meals. The location was quite good, in a nice neighborhood and close to all the restaurants I wanted to visit. Being in the more central business area was also very convenient for my needs.
